Bold Statement

I just used the noodles & covered them in Momofuku’s Ginger Scallion Sauce. I’ve googled the recipe & saved it to various computers/iDevices/Evernote/Delicious multiple times. I was recently gifted the Momofuku cookbook (thanks Suzanne!) and it seemed appropriate that this was the first thing I made from it.
If we haven’t discussed this, I’m in love with the Momofuku restaurants & foods. I’m also convinced that this sauce could save the world. Or at least coat anything to make a delicious dinner. For dessert? Truffle Honey. More on that later this week.
